If you want a unique Amazon experience, this hotel is worth considering. the staff is friendly and the location in the jungle provides an opportunity to be fully immersed in nature. With enjoyable trips like piranha fishing and short jungle walks, you can get a taste of the rainforest. the hotel also offers clean and safe accommodations with comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

Some aspects of the tours could be improved as they may not fully fulfill the expectations of experiencing the flora, fauna, and animals of the Amazon jungle.

The location of the hotel is incredible, and the dolphins tour is a must. The staff is very kind, most of all the boy at the bar; he was charming! You have your own guide for the tours, and ours was very professional.

room sound isolation completely insufficient: one could hear neighbour's tv as if it were in his own room as well as "night" manouvers. definition of the room as "suite superior" is really misleading: the room look like a 3-star hotel room. staff seemed unwilling to sell tours to clients: On last day they informed us that no more boats were available for tours

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a smooth and quick transfer service that takes guests to their desired destination. The rooms were clean, comfortable and provided guests with the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. the friendly staff provided exceptional customer service.

The tours offered at the hotel were not as informative or enriching as we had expected. , the food options were scarce and limited, which could be frustrating if guests have dietary restrictions or preferences.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location was great, not fully in the jungle, but still offering a taste of the Amazon. The hotel was clean and safe, and the staff were friendly and tried their best to help, despite some language barriers. The trips provided by the hotel were enjoyable, particularly the piranha fishing and short jungle walk. The absence of mosquitoes was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the pH of the nearby river. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The service was impeccable and attentive to my every need. the luxurious amenities in the exclusive leisure and TV room provided the perfect place to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a perfect escape from the heat, while the sun loungers and beach umbrellas added to the serene atmosphere.

My only minor issue was with the restaurant. While the buffet breakfast was delicious, the special diet menus lacked options and I did not find them satisfactory.
